Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. Part Time- 12 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for the student mobility programmes –Turing Scheme and Taith – including:o booking flights/accommodation for overseas visitso ensuring all documentation is in place for each student and staff membero organising receipts and reconciling trip expenditureo collating student case studies for marketing purposeso write and publish social media posts on mobilities o any other related administration support
Assist with student admissions, ensuring spreadsheets are up-to-date and all documentation has been received.
Provide administration support for UKVI compliance, including data entry and ensuring student data is accurate, and issuing student letters, as required
Provide pastoral care for international students based across all College sites
Assist with the co-ordination of seasonal schools (summer/winter)

About you:

Qualified to degree level or have appropriate professional experience
Previous experience of working in administration or a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
IT Literate, ability to use spreadsheets and Word
