Crynodeb
We’re looking for a part-time Florist to join our friendly team in our High Street shop in Sheerness.
The role will start on an initial 6-month contract basis with the potential to move to a permanent position and to grow with the business.
The hours are 9 am to 5 pm, three days a week, this will include working Saturdays on a rota basis.
Duties will include, creating floral arrangements, order taking in person and on the phone, wedding consultations, stock conditioning and maintenance, creating window and shop displays, flower ordering and general cleaning.
The salary is subject to experience.
If you’d like to apply, it is essential you:
• Are a qualified or time served florist, experienced in gift work, weddings and funerals
• Have strong customer service skills with a confident and friendly manner
• Have a good standard of English and Maths (for taking and calculating orders)
• Have experience / be prepared to work in a busy shop
• Must be flexible to help with peaks in the shop work load
• The Ideal candidate would have a driving licence (to assist with deliveries on occasion)
