Typical day as a job title
- As a multi skilled Fencer, you will ensure all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
- Measuring, marking out fence lines, cutting and shaping materials, digging postholes and assembling and installing fences.
- Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
- Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.
- Working in our properties the Cumbria region. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have
- Extensive experience in construction, repair and maintenance of fences, gates etc.
- Experience in measuring and marking out fence lines
- Experience in other building trade areas (ground works etc) would be advantageous
- A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
- A full current driving licence as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

Job details
- Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 16.30pm
- You will work across our properties in the Cumbria region. Our office base is Maryport.
- You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
- You’ll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
