Summary
The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to work in Community sites within the Fylde Coast
This role is for between 3-6 months with an option to be extended
This is a full time role working 8am-5pm 5 days per week
This is a mobile role and you will be given a van to use as transport between sites, therefore applicants must have a valid UK driver's licence
Hourly rate starts at £12.45 , Saturdays £15.44, Sundays £19.33
Duties include:
- Fixing taps & unblocking sinks and toilets
- Repairing doors and locks
- Repairs beds and chairs
- Working as a mate to tradespeople
- Basic plumbing
- general repairs and upkeep of site equipment
- Fire door/ Fire alarm checks
- performing daily checks
