Crynodeb
Provide expert clinical care to patients within the General Surgery and Upper GI department, adhering to best practice guidelines and protocols. Participate in surgical procedures, pre-operative assessments, post-operative care, and emergency surgical interventions as required. Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, offering guidance, feedback, and support in their professional development. Contribute to teaching and training activities for medical students, junior doctors, and other healthcare professionals within the Trust. Engage in research projects, quality improvement initiatives, and audit activities to enhance clinical outcomes and service delivery. Demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development, attending relevant training sessions, courses, and conferences.
