Crynodeb
We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabricating, and will be able to work with a variety of materials ; particularly thin gauge stainless steel using TIG welding techniques. This position requires the ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, as well as the ability to use tools and equipment. The successful candidate will also have good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret drawings.
Have mechanical dexterity
Use welding and fabrication tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
Perform welding processes in MIG and TIG on thin gauge materials [ 1.5mm+ ]
Operate workshop machinery such as grinders, linishers, fly presses, drill presses etc.
Follow safety procedures and instructions.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
Work in a tidy and organised manner.
Be able to work using own initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.00-£19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
