Looking for an experienced Customer Service Planner to join a leading Property Services company in Dartford .
Offering a competitive salary of up to £26,780 + great benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and plan disrepairs, voids, and complex works
- Communicate effectively with direct operatives, subcontractors, and residents
- Prioritise and sequence maintenance tasks efficiently
- Ensure works-in-progress jobs are within target and appointed where practicable
Qualifications:
- Experience in social housing and repair and maintenance
- Basic building maintenance knowledge
- Strong written English and computer skills
- Good project management and communication skills
- Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction
