Plus £189 for sleep duties, this is based on 3 per month

We are looking for peripatetic support worker to join our team in the Shrewsbury Area, supporting adults with learning
disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will assist multiple services in the North Shropshire area to cover vacant
shifts due to annual leave, sickness, maternity or any other reasons. This will mean covering in a service which may include a
sleep-in shift, long days, evenings/weekends cover. You may work in one service for weeks or longer or support a variety of
shorter placements.
Our supported people enjoy a wealth of activities from chats, board games, walks, shopping, swimming and the gym. One person
enjoys keeping busy with work, volunteering and social activities that include slimming clubs, swimming, local disco and church.
This is an opportunity to work within a diverse team and enhancing the lives of our supported people.

About You:
Essential Requirements:
* Level three diploma in Health and Social Care
* Driver with UK manual licence and own vehicle.
* Need to be adaptable
* Good communication skills
* Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
* Team worker and be able to work alone
Desirable Requirements;
* Experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities and Autism
* Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support
