As our numbers grow, we are looking for outstanding practitioners, full and part time, with a full and relevant qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years) to join our existing team. You will be working with our youngest children so Baby Room experience would be preferred.
Little Grange is a new Nursery facility for children aged 6 months – 5 years, in the grounds of Bilton Grange and forming a part of the Rugby Schools group. The Nursery building has undergone a whole-scale refurbishment programme, ensuring that the facility is of the highest quality for our youngest children, including some wonderful ‘wow’ features that will have a real impact on the day-to-day experience for the children. The children in Little Grange benefit hugely from the 90 acres of outdoor space, a parkland of nationally designated beauty.

• Children to be able to access the outdoors and have Forest School available throughout the whole year.

In order to provide a safe and secure environment for children in our care the post holder will be responsible for implementing the policies and procedures of the nursery. They will also need to be able to follow EYFS statutory regulations. The FTE salary for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner is £25,521.
