Location: Cheltenham
Basic Salary: up to £35,000
Hours: 42.5 hour week Monday - Friday
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a talented and efficient Vehicle Prepper / Prep Technician / Prepper / Car Prepper to join their team. You will be preparing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications, ready for repair.
As an experienced Vehicle Prepper / Prep Technician / Prepper / Car Prepper, you will be responsible for:
• Surface preparation, filling, sanding and cleaning surfaces
• Unpacking, handling and preparing parts prior to paint
• Minor Filler Jobs
• Prepare and clean panels for priming.
• Priming
• Prepare Vehicles for paint
• Polishing
Qualifications / Skills for Vehicle Prepper / Prep Technician / Prepper / Car Prepper:
• You will have previous experience preparing cars for paining, ideally from an accident repair background, with a high attention to detail and working to high standards.
• You will be able to work safely under pressure and be able to plan and manage your workload effectively.
