The wards offer inpatient facility for patients experiencing functional mental health issues, organic illnesses and cognitive rehabilitation. We do aid in the management of combined mental illness and frailty, also accommodating an all age approach within a frailty framework.

Patient care is governed by our multi-disciplinary collaborative approach where extensive assessment and individualised treatment plans form part of our pathways whilst stabilising acute symptoms. We are committed to the ethos of the recovery model promoting hope, optimism and innovative ways of working in partnership with patients.

If you are committed to enabling the assessment, recovery and management of older people’s mental health concerns, we would like to hear from you to ensure we provide continued high quality care whilst supporting the existing team in a dynamic clinical environment.

We value highly motivated, enthusiastic and resilient staff to work alongside members of the multi-disciplinary team whilst taking direction from qualified staff nurses. Support will be offered through regular clinical and managerial supervision, in-house and external training; facilitated reflective practice sessions with our on-site Psychologists and an individual approach to your future developmental needs.
