Salary: An additional 10% Night pay allowance is paid for hours between 10.00pm to 8:00am

William Booth Centre provides supported accommodation for people aged 25 and over who would benefit from housing, health and wellbeing related advice and guidance. We provide a 24 hour a day 7 day a week service and are committed to providing opportunities that support each person to find their purpose, develop positive relationships and experience a sense of community.
The successful candidate will manage front of house services to clients and will deal with telephone calls and external visitors to the Centre. The Concierge (Receptionist) will manage enquiries relating to available accommodation and facilitating access to emergency accommodation if required, in addition to assisting with logging and reporting maintenance work including emergency out of hour’s repairs.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
Two or more GCSE’s including English and Maths or equivalent
Excellent customer service and people management skills with ability to provide efficient front of house service
Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff
Excellent planning, organising and time management skills, proficient in a range of IT packages
