My client, a family-run joinery firm based in Lincoln, specialises in creating bespoke, personalised joinery work. They are looking to expand their team and are on the look out for a skilled and experienced bench joiner who can also handle site joinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting bespoke joinery pieces with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements and preferences
- Handling site joinery tasks as needed, ensuring a seamless installation process
- Working alongside other experts in the industry both in the workshop and out on site
Requirements:
- Ideally a full qualification as a bench joiner, with a solid background in joinery work
- Demonstrated experience in creating bespoke joinery pieces
- Proficiency in site joinery, including installation and fitting
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work
Salary: competitive, based on experience
