Our private members club ensure that all our members receive individual attention and service whether utilising the course, club house or attending corporate events.

The Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of the individual and corporate membership journey including enquiries, renewals, communications and assisting with member queries.
- Co-ordination of all corporate events and ensuring that all requirements are delivered on the day.
- Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will have a major role in identifying sales opportunities within the corporate market and how to enhance the product and facilities to aid retention.
- Proactively engaging with all stakeholders to ensure that we continue to deliver amazing guest satisfaction through providing a first-class golfing experience to all our members and guests.
- Attending events to promote all things Meldrum Golf and secure new business.
- Playing a front facing role within the club to further enhance the customer experience and support the Golf Manager and Golf Catering Manager.
About you
As the Membership Manager, you’ll work alongside the Golf Manager and Golf Club Catering Manager and be part of a team who pride themselves in delivering a first-class product every time.
We ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to get involved. You’ll have a real passion for hospitality, and excellent attention to detail to provide consistent standards.
You will also:
- Have experience in a sales role.
- Be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills both face to face, on the telephone & via email.
- Have proven standards of IT skills and good standards of numeracy & literacy
- Be highly organised and well versed in completing paperwork.
- Be self-driven, willing to be 'hands-on' at all times and possess a passion for hospitality.
