Join us as a Digital Marketing Lead within the Commercial and Institutional ranchise.
- We’re looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing to join us in a creative and strategic role
- You’ll own the digital marketing for your franchise, delivering business growth and supporting the delivery of our business sales targets
- Expect to grow your network in this role as you work closely with colleagues across key teams to make sure our digital marketing is in line with our business strategy
What you'll do
We’ll look to you to lead our Digital Marketing team for your franchise to drive and manage business growth through our digital channels. As a product owner for all franchise marketing channels, platforms and technology, you’ll understand the marketing priorities for the franchise, project manage and execute digital marketing elements of the Marketing plan, and meet deadline, budget and quality expectations.
You’ll also be regarded as an expert across a range of digital marketing fields, including campaigns, the MarTech stack, end-to-end production, the execution of digital across search engine marketing, affiliates and aggregators, PPC, programmatic display, social direct response and content marketing.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end-to-end customer journeys with franchise and digital sales
- Creating a seamless digital presence and making sure it remains compliant, on brand and on message
- Producing SEO optimised content which increases target key word rankings, and implementing tracking to enable robust MI and reporting
- Championing continuous improvement of our digital channels and managing the reporting and driving performance against KPI's
- Planning and delivering effective digital campaigns, agreeing KPIs and defining target audiences
- Day-to-day management of our media agency and principal point of contact for the franchise
The skills you'll need
To make an impact with us, you’ll need proven professional experience with a background as a product owner and experience in digital marketing platforms, web editing, content management and email marketing. You’ll have experience of managing people and leading a small team, along with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- Experience using Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr
- Strong leadership skills, ensuring team resource is effectively used
- Experience of working effectively with agencies and suppliers, managing their performance and measuring results
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail ensuring correct grammar, spelling and tone of the published content
