At Leonardo Hotels, we are recruiting for a Database & Distribution Executive to join our great team in the Head Office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person who really enjoys working in hotel Indusrty.
As a Database & Distribution Executive
We want you to be part of the team that owns and ensures rates are loaded and distributed across appropriate channels in accordance with company standards.
The Job-
Main Duties:
- Load rates to schedule and maintain the distribution systems. This includes monitoring of the systems, queue management and the processing of rejected reservation messages.
- Ensure all interfaces are managed effectively with reservation / profile failures investigated fully.
- Ensure interfaces with external suppliers (Synxis, MyFidelio etc) are maintained and are functional at all times.
- Ensure Oxi-hub queues are managed.
- Database management and administrative housekeeping.
- Rate loading, mapping and auditing.
- Synxis Content updates.
- Ensuring lines of communication are monitored during office hours to ensure assistance given to internal & external clients.
Who we are looking or:
- Team Player
- Strong Attention to detail
- Process driven with the ability to co-ordinate large amounts of data
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software in particular Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS systems to include Sales & Catering. (Desirable)
- Understanding and awareness of OTA and awareness of channel management systems (desirable)
- Understanding of all relevant distribution channels, from Direct, OTA to GDS with ability to influence channels to advantage of the property (desirable)
