Purified Water Services Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Purification Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. Based at our head office and traveling to various sites, primarily across the South and South East UK, you will play a crucial role in servicing and maintaining water purification systems for a diverse range of customers including industrial, medical, healthcare, commercial, laboratory, and borehole sectors.

Are you the right person for the job?
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Water Purification Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of servicing and repairing water purification systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• CSCS card and DBS check are beneficial but not essential
• Ability to seek out additional work opportunities for the company
• Commitment to maintaining company standards and certifications (ISO9001)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Located within one hour’s drive of RG7 1PQ
• Physically fit and able to manage the physical demands of the role
• Right to live and work in the UK
What will your role look like?
• Service & Maintenance: Install, service, fault find, and repair water purification systems including Water Softeners, Reverse Osmosis systems, Ultraviolet disinfection systems, and Filtration equipment (experience of this is essential to the role)
• Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service with professional, punctual, and clear communication
• Report & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of site visits, ensure compliance with company certifications, and adhere to health and safety practices
• Flexibility & Travel: Travel across the South of England with occasional travel beyond, including possible overnight stays and weekend/evening work
