Crynodeb
Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Assistant/Site Manager for a National House Builder.
Will be working on a new build homes in the north east
This role will be on a ongoing basis with temp to perm available
The successful candidate will have experience in taking plots to completion.
Must have previous residential experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Motivate & manage the site staff & labour
- H&S Management
- Conform to Building Regulations
- Liaison with the NHBC/LABC
- Site Inductions
- Maintaining Site Records
- Helping to finish plots
The ideal candidate...
- SMSTS required
- First Aid required
- CSCS required
- Experience with volume house building required
