Summary
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic person to deliver an efficient and effective recruitment service for Medical Staff. This role involves processing all recruitment for medical staff from pre-employment checks as stated in the NHS employment check standards including DBS requests and occupational health clearance through to induction.
The post holder will be expected to have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise their own workload independently. A good knowledge of Microsoft applications including word, Excel and databases is also essential.
This post sits within the Medical Staffing team that manages the recruitment for all Medical staff appointed to the Trust from Foundation doctors to Consultant appointments. It is a very busy and dynamic team and this post could be an opportunity for the right candidate to pursue a career in HR.
