Remarkable Jobs are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP, Client Services & Operations to oversee the day-to-day client services and operations for an established client of ours. This role involves supervising administrative, operations, and technical staff, ensuring smooth execution of productions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The VP, Client Services & Operations will manage all feature, television, commercial productions, and office tenants utilising sound stages, studio facilities, and backlot operations. The role includes handling rental inquiries, preparing proposals, managing lease agreements, coordinating credit applications, and overseeing renewals and amendments. This position acts as a liaison between productions and other departments, promotes the studio's goods and services, and ensures tenant compliance with lease agreements.

VP Client Services & Operations Key Responsibilities:

Client Services & Operations Management:

• Oversee the efficient execution of all productions and office tenant operations.
• Handle inquiries for office and stage rentals, prepare proposals, and manage lease agreements.
• Coordinate credit applications, deposits, insurance, and new deal forms.
• Approve all billing for office and stage productions.
• Distribute booking information to studio personnel, tenants, and local authorities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for both long-term and short-term productions.
• Address and resolve any customer dissatisfaction, documenting issues and developing recommendations for improvement.

Liaison and Compliance:

• Act as the owner representative to tenants, ensuring compliance with their leases.
• Review studio financial statements and provide necessary reporting.
• Assist in creating yearly operating budgets.
• Manage and prioritize projects within studio departments.
• Constantly review systems and procedures to maintain peak efficiency.

Coordination and Maintenance:

• Coordinate weekly studio management meetings.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the studio lot, working closely with the Director of Facilities.
• Manage tenant improvement projects, ensuring proper communication with tenants, contractors, and relevant departments.
• Ensure all vendors and production companies comply with studio policies and procedures.
• Host prospective client tours of the studio lot.

VP Client Services & Operations Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in client services and operations management within the entertainment or studio industry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
