Whilst carrying out surveys, you will be collecting vital data on our homes and wider portfolio of properties to help ensure required standards are met and enable us to prioritise our investment programmes on meeting our customer’s needs and ensuring the long-term health of the organisation.
About You:
With a building related qualification (ONC or equivalent) or with comparable experience, you will have already completed stock condition/investment surveys to homes and have a familiarity with HHSRS and the requirement to complete assessments. You will also be aware of Asbestos management processes in accordance with standards.
This is a customer facing role and therefore you will have a passion to deliver excellent customer service.
Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence is required.
