HRIS Data AnalystHybrid

Here at Serco, we’re looking for a HRIS Data Analyst to join the team. As HRIS Data Analyst you will ensure HR data is compliant and meets system requirements by completing regular data integrity exercises. Promoting good GDPR practices across of HRIS. Be able to understand the HR system landscape and downstream systems.
As part of this you will:
- Work closely with Payroll to align data between HCM & Resource Link ensure data issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Process updates via Winshuttle.
- Support Annual Pay review throughout the year.
- Build dashboards and show analysis on data gaps.
- Propose better ways of ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide regular feedback on data gaps and how to fix them.
- Work closely with the HR Data & HR Data Admin Leads.
What you’ll need to do the role:
- Experience using SAP HCM and MS Excel.
- Experience analysing large and complex data sets.
- Experience using reporting tools such as Ad Hoc query, Spinifex & Business Warehouse.
- Must have good understanding of common HR processes with a track record and sound knowledge of HRIS solutions and utilisation of same in a complex multi-site, multi-national matrix type business environment.
- Knowledge of Resource Link, Winshuttle would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Stakeholder management and project management skills with the ability to change priorities in line with fluctuating business demands.
Ideally you will be working as a HRIS Analyst or similar within an HR Shared Service environment with an understanding of organisation and people data (HR & Payroll).
