ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our growing operation, we regularly run immersive learning events for indoor and outdoor activities requiring a wide and varied range of specialist equipment. We are seeking an experienced Stores Manager to oversee the logistic support component to these activities. Working mostly in-person and based out of our site in Herefordshire (near Longtown), you will be responsible for the efficient management of the stores operation.

This role is offered on a part-time basis with 20 hours per week plus the option for overtime.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Fieri stores, provide logistic support to events, and assist in the delivery of sessions where requested.
- Procure consumables and equipment to meet delivery requirements in line with purchasing guidelines.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, sign-out and maintenance of stores equipment.
- Conduct audits, stock checks, and equipment care, maintaining an accurate inventory of all Fieri stores and equipment, and managing stores projects, particularly during quieter months.
- Oversee the disposal of damaged beyond repair equipment or expired consumables in line with write-off procedures and Fieri's environmental policy.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in a storeperson, quartermaster/CQMS role, or a similar role
which requires meticulous knowledge of inventory or equipment.
- Full driver's licence
- Local to Fieri Herefordshire and able to travel to the site easily
- The ability to demonstrate the Fieri values - Authenticity, Integrity, Innovation, People-first approach.
- Experience in the L&D space is preferred, but not essential. If you are new to the world of L&D but can demonstrate a real passion and enthusiasm, we want to hear from you.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly

- Strong communication skills, confident interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated - can-do attitude and happy to get stuck in
