Do you work in a warehouse and are you looking for a new role? Do you want to make a difference and contribute to better patient
outcomes?

You will be part of a small specialist team supporting one of the world’s leading Medical Device manufacturers. Our Client, makes
life changing devices that treat cardiovascular conditions, their products save lives and are incredibly important to the nation’s
health.

As an experienced Warehouse operative you will be responsible for picking orders of life saving medical devices which are
despatched to hospitals across the UK and beyond. You will reconcile returned kits, ensuring they are replenished to the highest
standards ready to despatch for another lifesaving operation. You will work in a small dedicated stock location, process all EU
returns and be a vital member of the operations team for this Client.

Your day-to-day role will be focussed on all aspects of operations but on occasion you may be required to help support liaising
with the Client and their teams.Hours of work: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday with variable shifts between 8am – 6pm. You will be
paid £26,500 per annum. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and fulfil orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment to Customer.
* Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure they meet established standards.
* Receive incoming shipments of medical devices, ensuring accurate quantities and proper documentation are receipted for all.
* Conduct thorough inspections to verify the quality and condition of received medical devices.
* Using our management systems to accurately record and track medical devices.
* Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits.
* Safely store medical devices in designated areas, following established storage procedures.
* Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to maintain product integrity.
* Report any deviations or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
* Adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines governing the storage and handling of medical devices.
* Participate in training programs to stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following safety protocols.
* Collaborate with the safety team to identify and address potential hazards.
* Monitor and enforce security measures to protect valuable medical devices.

* Creation and processing of export paperwork required to return goods to the Clients European distribution centre, liaising with
necessary teams and logistics carriers.
* Support the management team and provide information when required.



Technical and Behavioural Skills
