Crynodeb
You will undertake health screening, provide specialist services in sickness absence management and provide an advisory service to staff, managers and external customers in collaboration with other HR colleagues.
You will support the Head of Health, Safety & Well-being in shaping and providing the service to meet the needs of the University. This includes delivery of the Health & Wellbeing Strategy and Action Plans; co-ordinating the Employee Assistance Programme and delivering a number of health promotion events across the campus.

About You
You will have:
Current NMC registration as an RN Level 1 and SCPHN (OH) on part 3 of the register.
Substantial work experience in Occupational Health
Experience of developing and delivering a Health and Well-being Strategy and Action Plan
Self-motivated and able to manage clinic workloads
The ability to travel independently as the role requires occasional off-site visits
