Vacancy – Bid Co-Ordinator / Writer (UK Fully remote)

Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Bid Co-Ordinator / Writer to join our established Commercial team. This role is pivotal to Grosvenor’s FM business development across the UK and Ireland.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Full Bid Process Management: Oversee the entire bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification to content creation, portal management, proposal development, and submission.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and compliant bid content, including writing, research, administration, and new content creation with graphics.
  • Timely Submission: Ensure every bid is accurate, meets client needs, and is submitted on time.


Work Arrangement:


The UK position will be fully remote.



Compensation:


We offer a competitive salary with flexibility based on location, experience, and skills. Specific compensation details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.


Why we are expanding the team


Due to extensive contract wins, internal restructuring, and company growth, we are recruiting for the full-time role of Bid Co-Ordinator / Writer. You will join a dynamic bidding team comprising the Commercial Director, Senior Bid Writer, Bid Writer, and Marketing Manager, whose hybrid role includes 50% bid writing and 50% marketing.

Key Responsibilities:


Essential


  • Bid writing, content writing or bid co-ordination experience
  • Highly organised, flexible, focused and with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Complete fluency in English
  • Excellent writing, proofreading and formatting skills with key attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable with fast-paced, deadline-driven work
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Able to regularly read large volumes of written material and produce accurate summary notes
  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills


Desirable


  • APMP CF qualified
  • Experience with Canva, Knowledge Banks and Case Study Creation
  • Driver’s licence to attend occasional site visits
  • Named UK and Irish portal and framework experience
