Crynodeb
2 x Plasterers required in Oxford to start on a kitchen and bathroom scheme on behalf of the council from 01/08/2024. The duration of the contract is for 12 months.
Our client is a reputable main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils and housing associations. This contractor works on a mixture of kitchen and bathrooms, re-roofing, planned works and electrical re-wire schemes.
The Role
This role is working in tenanted and void properties on a kitchen and bathroom scheme. Main duties are plaster-patching and re-skimming kitchen and bathrooms.
The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break.
The hourly rate is £22-£23 per hour - CIS/Umbrella.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Plasterer
- Social housing experience
- Own transport
- Excellent customer care skills
- Own Tools
- CSCS card
- Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
