Looking for your first step into the office world?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client based in Crewe on a 7-month maternity contract as their next Customer Service Advisor.

You’ll be offered full training and support so previous office experience isn’t required. No more needing experience to get experience... imagine that!

Details of the Customer Service Advisor role:

Salary: £23,260 + bonuses = £25K OTE (pro rata)
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays (pro rata)
Set hours Monday to Friday either 8AM – 4PM, 9AM - 5PM or 10AM – 6PM, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9AM – 1PM (this is paid additionally at time and a half)
Hybrid once trained, 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

Full training will be provided on the in-house systems!

Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers and clients
Updating customer records, dealing with direct debit enquiries, and printing off documentation
Responding to a multitude of enquiries within necessary deadlines

Requirements to be the next Customer Service Advisor:

Previous experience within a customer service-based role
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet varying deadlines
An enthusiastic and positive attitude
