As a charity we are embarking on an exciting new project to upgrade our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). To ensure the successful implementation of our new system, we're looking for a LIMS Trainer to join our Learning Foundation.
As a LIMS Trainer, you will work with the Laboratory Information Management Training Programme Manager and other Trainers to deliver a best-in-class systems training curriculum across the charity that meets the learning needs of Nuffield Health professionals.
You'll work across several of our locations delivering systems training as we roll out our exciting new LIMS upgrade.
As our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Trainer, you will:

Conduct on-site training sessions to Nuffield Health colleagues on the configuration, and utilisation of our LIMS.

Serve as a subject matter expert on LIMS functionality.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to teams post-training to ensure successful adoption of our LIMS.

Support the design and delivery of best-in-class bespoke learning solutions (both in-house and in conjunction with expert third parties) that utilise appropriate learning methodologies. These include blended learning approaches such as: e-learning, practical workshops, toolkits, virtual classrooms; F2F approaches e.g., F2F delivery, simulation, practice-based learning; experiential learning and coaching.

Work with the Foundation's Learning Partners and wider business stakeholders to understand the learning needs of professional groups.

Lead on system training projects and programmes as required.
To succeed as our LIMS Systems Trainer, you will have:

A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field or relevant work experience.

Experience working in a laboratory environment

Proven experience in technical training, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.

Experience of learning design and delivery

Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), with experience in configuring, implementing, or using LIMS in biomedical applications would be an advantage.
