With sales in excess of £90m across 40+ sites and a team of 450+ people, LBS Builders Merchants, South Wales’s largest independent builders’ merchant is looking for the best people to join its Timber team.
As a Mill / Yard Assistant you will be joining a busy & successful team. You will be required to greet and serve customers while maintaining health and safety on site. To support the Yard Foreperson in achieving and exceeding customer service as well as creating and maintaining a loyal customer base and providing a first-class service.
We are looking or someone that:
•Has a track record of success in a maintaining Health and Safety.
•Is committed to delivering and maintaining outstanding customer service.
•Has excellent communication skills and is a motivated and flexible team worker.
•Is target-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•Is passionate about building knowledge and developing their career at a growing company
Hours of work: On average 40.75 hours per week covering the branch opening times between 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings 08:00am – 12 noon
Salary: NMW
