Loughborough College is seeking a highly motivated, organised and dynamic Skills Bootcamp Lecturer to play a key role in the successful delivery of our Skills Bootcamp programmes.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient operational environment, while also focusing on exceeding student and employer expectations.

You will collaborate closely with various departments and your focus will be on ensuring all delivery functions meet our high standards and service level agreements whilst contributing to ensuring the delivery of an outstanding learning experience for our students. You will ensure excellent communication with local businesses and liaise with delivery staff, employers and learners for outstanding results.

The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. The role is a hybrid blended learning model, with some teaching taking place onsite at Loughborough College and some remote via online platforms to a range of adult learners in short course format.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge/experience in digital marketing, data and software, AI and cyber.

The Digital Skills Bootcamps are free, practical short courses designed to develop technological skills and knowledge to enhance future employability. Skills Bootcamps consist of face to face and online delivery and last between 12 – 16 weeks as part of the Governments Lifetime Skills Guarantee.
