Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Business Development Administrator to join our team at Evolution Safety Solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our business development activities and ensuring efficient operations within the office. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Enquiries:
Answer incoming phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding our services and training programs.

Course Registration:
Register courses and training programs with the relevant awarding bodies.
Ensure all documentation and requirements are accurately completed and submitted.

Sales Team Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Maintain and update sales documentation and client records.

Office Administration:
Perform general office administration tasks such as filing, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.

Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls to clients, offering them spaces on relevant courses and training programs.
Follow up with clients to confirm their attendance and handle any queries they may have.

Qualifications:
No qualifications are required.
Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a business development or sales environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:
This position is based at our offices in Navigation Park, Abercynon.
Working hours are part-time, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (these can be adjusted to suit your requirements), Monday to Friday.
Ideal starting date of 5th August 2024.
