We currently have a variety of posts both full & part time across Cornwall in the following areas Locality 1 covering Hayle, St Ives and Penzance Locality 3 covering Truro Locality 4 covering St Austell and Newquay We are very progressive in Cornwall in developing partnership working across Cornwall Councils Children's services, to ensure we deliver the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme to improve the health and well-being within our community. The Role: Delivery of the Healthy Child Programme to provide evidence-based family centred public health services to achieve the service vision and meeting the needs of communities, families and children and young people. What youll need to succeed: We are looking for an innovative and motivated worker who has the following skills: BTECH/NVQ Level 3 in Child Care/Child Health or Degree in Early Years or above Evidence of working with children and young people within the community. Willingness to undertake further training as required Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to partnership working and supporting children and their families.
