The purpose of this role is to contribute to the delivery of the site redevelopment scheme by delivering or supporting the delivery of individual projects and works packages. This will include supporting the design, tendering, liaison with consultants and contractors, agreeing standards (and ensuring they are met) and acceptance of work packages.

The Associate Project Manager manages small to medium key projects within the Group portfolio, with responsibilities including the coordination and completion of projects on time, to scope and within budget. The Associate Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and reporting project progress. In your day-to-day role you will:

Ensure projects are delivered following the Change Delivery Framework Ensure adequate governance is set up based on the project complexity level. Successful delivery of projects to time, budget, scope that can realise expected benefits.
