Are you a graduate with experience supporting students in both one-on-one and group settings within a secondary school environment?
Do you have a background in teaching and wish to leverage this experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for the remainder of the academic year?
Would you like to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing a PGCE or teacher training programme?

HLTA - Role Overview:
- Position: HLTA in a secondary school
- Location: Tower Hamlets, London
- Salary: £450 - £550 per week, during term time only
- Responsibilities: Planning and delivering lessons, working across various key stages, and contributing to student progress
- Opportunity: Gain significant secondary teaching experience in a long-term role (not supply-based)
HLTA - Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 2:1 university degree
- Experience: Previous teaching or educational support experience in a secondary school
- Skills: Strong academic background, excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attributes: Passionate about secondary education, supportive, outgoing, and dedicated to providing exceptional academic support
