Job Description:
Career Research Centre Ltd is seeking an experienced Casting Director to find and audition actors for roles in a high-quality TV advertisement. The successful candidate will ensure that the selected actors are the best fit for the characters and the overall creative vision of the advertisement.
Responsibilities:
Identify and audition actors for various roles in the advertisement.
Collaborate with the director and production team to understand character requirements.
Organize and conduct casting calls and auditions.
Review and assess audition tapes and performances.
Negotiate contracts and terms with selected actors.
Manage the casting budget and schedule.
Ensure a diverse and talented pool of actors is considered for each role.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Casting Director in TV advertising or a similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful casting projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and evaluate acting talent effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Theatre Arts, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of industry standards and practices for casting.
