About the role - Duties vary depending on the type of booking. You could be supporting service users with access to the community, which will include employment, and educational opportunities. Aiding service users, in ensuring they are achieving maximum benefits and renewals to enable independence. Supporting service users in arranging and facilitating health related appointments and attending meetings on the behalf of the service user, and liaising with external professionals. Personal care support and around the home with basic living activities.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -Experience of working with the same client group and the Care Certificate qualification which can be completed through us free of charge if needed
