Crynodeb
We are an online e-commerce distribution company located in Wickford of whom import goods from the Far East and sell directly to end consumers via a variety of different selling platforms in the UK.
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative of whom can maintain a high degree of accuracy for sales orders, along with dealing proactively with customer issues and queries.
Duties for this role include;
- Responding to customer emails via a variety of different sales platforms.
- Updating internal databases
- Processing online orders
Required skills for this role include;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong knowledge of basic PC navigation skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills, with a high level of verbal and written English language
- Previous Customer Service experience that has been office based
- Has a typing speed that exceeds 40 words per minute
The role is a permanent role, working 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday as per the below hours;
Mon- 7.00am – 15.30pm (includes 30 mins for lunch )
Tues – 7.30am – 16.00pm (includes 30 mins for lunch)
Weds – 7.30am – 16.00pm (includes 30 mins for lunch)
Thurs – 7.30am – 16.00pm (includes 30 mins for lunch)
Fri – 7.30am – 15.00pm (includes 30 mins for lunch)
