JOB TITLE: Graduate Creative Artworker
REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
An exciting opportunity for a new graduate to join this dynamic firm and be involved in a range of exciting projects. You will develop visual assets that will captivate, inform, inspire, and persuade, enabling us to achieve and exceed our business goals. To be a brand guardian ensuring consistency in our global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage our visual brand assets, including website content, social media content, catalogues/brochures, marketing materials, presentations, packaging, internal communication, and newsletters, ensuring they meet the company standards and brand expectations accurately, achieving consistency across all marketing channels
• Work closely with the other members of the internal and wider marketing team to produce innovative visual content which will effectively assist in achieving the company’s goals and objectives
• Have a good understanding of our industry and main competition to make considered improvements to our current visual brand assets that will set us apart from other brands
• Manage our internal media centre so colleagues can easily find and access images and other assets
• Edit our long and shortform videos and create eye catching intros and thumbnails
• Complete regular training to keep on top of new techniques and implement where appropriate
Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
• Graphic design degree
• Proficiency across the Adobe creative software suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva
• A good understanding of branding and marketing
• A methodical approach to projects with excellent attention to detail
• A creative thinker with the ability to solve problems
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time-management and organisation skills
• Able to multi-task and manage different projects at one time
• Experience in Microsoft Office
Other Features:
The role holder may be required to occasionally work additional hours and other appropriate duties as dictated by the needs of the business.
HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
SALARY: Up to £24,000
HOLIDAY: 25 days plus bank holidays.
BENEFITS: Private medical insurance, Pension Scheme, Death in Service benefit
