About the role

An opportunity has arisen to join our busy and diverse Technical Support team in the role of Pebble Pad Support Technician. This is a hybrid role and involves supporting, maintaining and developing our e-Portfolio management system for our students in healthcare and allied professions.

Demonstrating a pro-active approach you will have experience of providing IT support (preferably in healthcare or higher education) and have a proven track record of customer support. Knowledge of the Pebble Pad portfolio system would be an advantage but full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have experience of providing IT support (preferably in healthcare or higher education)
Have an understanding of information security and governance
Have experience of project management, managing deadlines and working collaboratively
Have experience of providing excellent customer service
