Your new role
The organisation are looking for a Property Case Handler on a permanent basis. The office is based in Clifton, offering hybrid working past your probation period. The hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30. Salary is £30-32K. Main duties of the role include:
- Manage a caseload of properties alongside a third party
- Manage cases with a case management system from start to end
- Deal with queries from tenants
- Establish insurance arrangements
- Work efficiently with the case administrator
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a legal administrative role or from a financial services background is desirable.
- Fluent with Microsoft Office packages
- Strong reporting skills
- Have resilience to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written skills
