JOB TITLE: Preventative Maintenance Field Service Engineer - Ultrasound Machines
The COMPANY
Our Client is the UK's leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation - specifically Ultrasounds. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of the service they provide. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
Due to an internal promotion they now require Preventative Maintenance Field Service Engineer to join their team. This is purely a maintenance role helping to keep equipment working effectively, there is a team of Service Engineers responsible for repairing/fixing faulty equipment - it is envisaged that with training and experience the right candidate will be promoted to this more senior position. Your role will include;
* Planning and carrying out preventative maintenance of Ultrasound equipment
* Providing advice and support to customers
* Support the service engineers with ad hoc service repairs
* To deliver and collect loan equipment from customers
* Maintain and develop relationships with customers
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career. You must be able to demonstrate;
* Electronics background
* Good team player
* Take pride in your work
* Experience within hospitals would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills as this is a customer facing role
* High level of dexterity
* Driving license
SALARY: Depending on experience, 10% Performance related bonus & Company Car
PACKAGE: 4% into Pension Scheme, 25 Days Annual Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays,
Life Assurance/Death In Service - 4 x Annual Salary, Health Cash Plan, etc.
