- RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, such as Deputy Manager or similar position

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and team building
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards, with a dedication to ensuring compliance

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care delivery
- Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and medication administration to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote effective communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
