Summary
Our client is a family-run business who, due to winning new contracts, are now seeking a sub-contracting gas safe engineer for a Domestic Gas Engineer position in Hampshire. The client is based in Southampton, although works may be throughout the Hampshire area. Long-term stability is on offer for the right engineer who presents clear skill in servicing, maintaining and potentially installing boilers and other gas appliances. A day rate is to be negotiated based on experience. Door to door is paid and evening work / on-calls are optional. This company is also in the process of expanding onto the commercial sector, therefore they also offer career progression for the right person.
This role comes with the potential of being employed by the client permanently after the initial sub-contracting phase, where a van, tools and PPE will be provided.
Current requirements for the role is a domestic gas safe certification, as well as your own van, tools and PPE. Ideally based locally to Southampton.
