A Live in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family in St. Albans, Hertfordshire to care for their two children, a toddler and school-aged, and maintain the cleanliness of their home. The role includes all general nanny and housekeeping duties, ensuring the children are well-cared of and the household is kept in excellent condition. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare basic healthy meals for the whole family. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must. They have a small dog so someone pet-friendly would be ideal but is not a deal-breaker.
Big preference for Tagalog speakers however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is a must for this position.
Working hours: 5 days per week 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with a long break. Ideally able to work on the weekends and take 2 days off in the week, open to Tues - Sat or Mon - Fri for the right candidate.
Accommodation: Sole use of the top floor with own bedroom and bathroom
Duties include:
assisting with bath time routine
dressing the children
cleaning them up after every meal
preparing various age appropriate activities
helping the older child with homework
making sure they are always happy and safe
changing nappies
cleaning and sterilising bottles
preparing milk for the little one
helping with bedtime routine
keeping the kitchen clean at all times
mopping the floor
doing laundry and ironing
organising their clothes
washing the dishes
cooking simple dishes for the family
maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family
They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
