Summary
In your role you’ll:
Develop and deliver employee and customer communication plans that reinforce the messages that matter most and monitor and evaluate their impact through regular reporting.
Use your clear, modern, and engaging copywriting and content development skills to connect with our employees and customers.
Act as guardian of our tone of voice, providing training, guidance, and expertise
to other employees to help maximise their communications.
Review and edit customer letters, turning complex information into plain English, and bringing them in line with our house style
Co-manage internal and external communication channels keeping them up to date with relevant and engaging content
Help us get the best out of our intranet platform, keeping it fresh and engaging and optimising it’s functionality
Lead on the content and delivery of our regular employee & customer e-newsletters
Project manage complex customer mailings, working with internal stakeholders and an external print company
Develop creative campaigns that reinforce key messages in an engaging and impactful way and lead to behaviour change
Work closely with the HR team on activities to support our employee engagement action plan
Support the delivery of our wellbeing and inclusion strategies with thoughtful content that stimulates conversation
Develop and evolve our recruitment marketing materials including job descriptions and adverts, as well as regularly posting on our LinkedIn page
Keep your finger on the pulse on the latest communication trends, so we can stay ahead of the game
Any other reasonable tasks that help keep the business moving forward.

We’re looking for someone with experience of:
Working in a similar role in a fast-paced organisation
Flexing your awesome copy-writing skills across a range of channels
Developing innovative campaigns that have led to behaviour change.
It’d blow us away if you had:
Experience in the housing sector
Video editing skills
