Social Care & Education are looking for a Nursery Practioner to work within a well-established nursery based in Leicester. You will be working as part of a friendly team in providing a safe environment for babies and young children to learn and develop.
The Job Role |
• To record children’s progress though out the day
• Build and maintain relationships with parents/carers and staff
• Provide support to all other nursery staff and management
• Adhere to the nursery’s policies and procedures
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times
• Create imaginative, fun and educational activities for all children
Personal Specification
• You must be qualified in Early Years at Level 2 or 3
• Sound working knowledge of EYFS is essential
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with parents/carers
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of how babies and young children learn
• Support and work well with other staff at the Nursery
• You must be prepared to support where needed for example preparation of snacks, cleaning.
