Summary

Hull Building Cleaning are looking to recruit a Senior Cleaning Assistant to join our Building Cleaning team the main purpose of the role is to supervise and maintain an effective cleaning service in all areas of the premise and to support a focused and motivated cleaning team.
The successful applicant will work as a team leader ensuring that the premises are cleaned to a high standard and must be able to work unsupervised.
The post holder will need to manage their time and duties to include monitoring cleaning staff the successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
The post holder will be based at Collingwood School to administer the provision of cleaning services to a pre-determined area in accordance with the specification and safe systems of work.
The post holder will liaise with area managers and other team members to ensure a clean and safe environment for all building users.
The successful applicant will administer the provision of cleaning services, organise all labour, materials and equipment within a work area in accordance with the procedures, work schedules and safe working practices to maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment.
Any offer of employment to the above post will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory Enhanced Childrens Barring list disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
