Crynodeb
The applicant must have travel agency manager experience. You must be able to work well under pressure. This is customer facing role in our sales office in Bognor Regis. Working hours are 40 per week to include alternate Saturdays. Working pattern is advised monthly in advance by way of the rota.
As a travel professional you will provide the highest level of customer service at all times, have great attention to detail and a flexible manner. A good telephone manner is essential. The role includes travel agency activity overview. We are an Independent ABTA Travel Agency and a Coach Tour Operator and applicants would be required to work in both areas, selling coach holidays, day excursions, cruises, package holidays and doing associated administration.
You will be required to liaise with cruise lines to arrange promotions, visits and attend conferences and events representing Woods.
