Crynodeb
Your role would be to work collaboratively with the General Practice team, to meet the needs of patients supporting the delivery of policies and procedures and providing leadership as required. You will be required to access, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment. They will be required to clinically examine and assess patient needs and demonstrate safe decision making and expert care. The candidate will need to show the ability to work independently, as well as working with in a diverse team to provide high quality care to the patient population registered at Quinton practice. Main duties include assessing acute illness presentations, prescribing, developing Treatment plan, ongoing Long Term Condition Management, referral and End of Life Care. Good IT skills also required within this role to ensure accuracy of data on to patient record in Emis. During the pandemic response we have assisted the implementation of public vaccinations in collaboration with our PCN. You will be working alongside a team of 2 GP partners, as well as our Practice Nurse, Health care assistant and admin team. This allows the individual to work within a diverse team in which to develop and learn, which in turn will provide the highest care possible to our patients here at Quinton practice.
